Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If you receive an item that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving you item(s) at LGirlsHelp@gmail.com with your order number, details, and photos. We will work together to solve any issues as swiftly as possible.

 

Invalid Addresses

We are not responsible for invalid or incorrect addresses, and cannot be held liable for items delivered to the wrong address. To ensure this does not occur please double check your shipping address when placing your order. If an error occurs please contact us immediately at LGirlsHelp@gmail.com and we will try our best to make the correction. **Once an order ships we can not modify the address**

 

Wrong Address

In the case that a wrong address is provided and is considered insufficient by courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment cost once the new address had been confirmed and updated (if applicable).

 

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the reshipment cost(if applicable).
